Our company, Medical Research and Development, invents and develops and ultimately licenses to other companies the fruits of our research and development. Our products, in the field of medical diagnostics, have had royalty-bearing sales well in excess of one billion dollars.

We hired Mr. Rosenberg to aid us in the out licensing of a new microbiology technology and used him as well to facilitate the purchase of our QBC License by a third party from Becton Dickinson.
